ABMA Diploma in Professional Journalism
Approved for 100% GATE funding
Why a Diploma
in Professional Journalism?
Preparation
for a career in journalism requires both theoretical and hands-on training.
Unfortunately, many people who wish to become journalists in this region do
not have access to formal training and often have to depend on work
experience to jump start successful careers.
This
Diploma in Professional Journalism fills that void. Participants can now
enter into a 2-year programme which caters to high school graduates, working
journalists and aspiring journalists.
About the ABMA
- ABMA
stands for the Association of
Business
Managers and Administrators. It is
an
independent UK-
based examination board offering a wide range of vocational diplomas to
overseas students. The ABMA Advisory board draws from
a
collective
wealth of experience in the higher education field stemming over 35 years
across Europe, Africa and Asia.
Doing an ABMA
Certificate or Diploma programme provides opportunities for rewarding
careers and can also pave the path to further education leading up to
bachelors and masters degrees in various fields. More and more British and
American universities are now giving recognition to these qualifications and
in some cases are even awarding exemptions for the first year of a
bachelor’s programme.
